Kynome

Train, eat, and track in one flat system. Meals, workouts, and peptide doses share one day. The day works on the phone. Sign-in keeps the log with your account.

Today

The home screen is the day in time order. Meals, a planned workout, a live session, and doses each carry a state: planned, up next, live, or logged. Calories left, burned, and the deficit stay at the top. A month calendar opens over the same day.

Food

Adding a snack starts from the library, a barcode, an AI scan, or a food you type in. Recent foods show calories and macros. This shot is the sheet itself. It does not show a finished barcode or camera scan.

Training

An active plan shows the week, the sessions on it, and the work already logged: sessions, minutes, and volume. History, workouts, and exercises list what was performed. Starting a planned workout opens a guided session with the set target, a short rest clock, and a sheet for reps and RPE.

Peptides

A stack holds the regimens on it. The day shows what is due and what is logged, with a 7-day adherence figure and a dose history. The screen says tracking only, not medical advice.
